Nexture has entered into an agreement to acquire La Crema, a specialist manufacturer based in Dubai. The company focuses on the production of chocolate and various value-added food ingredients.
According to FDI Forum, the deal sees Nexture absorbing the Dubai-based firm to expand its reach within the food ingredients sector.
