T&G Global has reached an agreement to sell T&G Fresh, the arm of the business responsible for its citrus and berries portfolios. The divestment is being carried out across three separate deals.
According to a report by Just Food, the move allows the company to narrow its strategic focus. T&G Global intends to concentrate its efforts on apples and fruit driven by intellectual property.
