Hilton Foods has reached an agreement to sell Dalco Food, its plant-based food operation based in the Netherlands, to LiveKindly Collective. The deal is valued at £5.4 million.
According to a report by FDI Forum, the move is part of a wider strategy by Hilton Foods to focus its investment on other areas of the business.
