Sazerac has announced the acquisition of Au Vodka, a canned cocktail brand based in the UK. The move is designed to strengthen the company's existing portfolio of ready-to-drink products.
According to Food Dive, the deal also provides a strategic pathway for Au Vodka to expand its presence into the United States market.
