Tesco is expanding its food reformulation programme by increasing the number of additives restricted across its own-label products. The retailer has raised the limit from 65 to 114 restricted substances.
According to a report by FDI Forum, this policy change is part of a broader effort to refine the ingredients used in the supermarket's private-label offerings.
