A widespread Salmonella outbreak tied to jalapeño peppers has officially come to an end. The contamination caused illnesses across 34 different states before the situation was resolved.
According to a report by Food Safety News, the outbreak had seen a significant number of people fall ill due to the contaminated produce. Authorities have now confirmed that the risk has subsided.
