Canadian Microgreens Recalled Over E. coli Risk

Les Fermes Lufa has issued a recall for broccoli microgreens distributed across Ontario and Quebec.

A range of broccoli microgreens from the brand Les Fermes Lufa is being recalled in Canada. The action follows the discovery of pathogenic E. coli within the products.

According to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the affected greens were sold online as well as in stores across Quebec and Ontario. The recall was initiated by the company itself.

Food Safety News reports that there have been no illnesses linked to the contaminated produce so far.
