Moringa Supplements Recalled Over Salmonella Risk

Moringa Supplements Recalled Over Salmonella Risk

Total Nutrition Inc. has issued a recall for two green superfood products due to potential contamination.

Total Nutrition Inc., based in Deer Park, New York, is recalling two of its supplement lines. The affected items are Doctor's Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa Capsules and TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood.

According to Food Safety News, the recall was triggered because the products have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. These supplements were sold across the United States via several major online retailers.

Consumers who purchased the items through TikTok Shop, Walmart, or Amazon are advised to check their stock. The company is taking these steps to prevent potential illness linked to the contaminated moringa products.
