Arla Foods and DMK Group are moving forward with a merger that will significantly reshape the dairy landscape. According to a report by The Grocer, the deal is set to proceed as planned.
The combined entity will represent a massive scale of production, bringing together 11,200 dairy farmers from seven different countries. The merger also integrates a global workforce of 28,800 colleagues.
