Plukon Food Group is set to grow its presence in the European market through the acquisition of Avícola Moraleja, also known as Avimosa. The target company is a recognised name within the Spanish poultry sector.
According to a report by FDI Forum, the two parties have reached an agreement to facilitate the takeover. This move allows Plukon to integrate a well-established business into its existing operations.
