Barry Callebaut has announced the appointment of Thomas Gaengler as its new Chief Operating Officer. Gaengler joins the company following a tenure at Mondelēz International.
According to FoodNavigator Europe, the move restores the COO position to the company's leadership structure after the role had remained empty for almost three years.
