Alasko brand frozen whole raspberries are being recalled across Canada. The action follows an investigation by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency into a foodborne illness outbreak.
According to Food Safety News, the recall was triggered after the agency identified norovirus contamination in the fruit. Several illnesses have already been reported in connection with the consumption of these berries.
