PepsiCo has expanded its board of directors by appointing Joaquin Duato as an independent member. Duato currently serves as the chairman and chief executive of Johnson and Johnson.
According to FDI Forum, the 64-year-old executive will bring his leadership experience to the PepsiCo board starting from 1 October.
