Poundstretcher is opening a wholesale clearance store at its head office, The Grocer reports. The outlet will focus on case-stock sold at heavily discounted prices.
Chief executive Andy Atkinson said the warehouse carries a substantial volume of goods. The format gives the retailer a dedicated channel for offering clearance stock in bulk.
