Costco has responded to a lawsuit filed in January concerning the marketing of its rotisserie chicken. The legal action centres on the company's claim that the product contains no preservatives.
According to a report by Salon Food, the retailer is now asking the court to dismiss the case. Costco has described the legal challenge as being fatally flawed.
