Carlsberg Kazakhstan has opened a new non-alcoholic beverage plant representing an investment of US$344 million. The facility is designed to produce a variety of drinks licensed from PepsiCo.
According to Food Business Africa, the new site will create over 230 jobs. The plant aims to serve both the domestic Kazakhstan market and various regional export markets.
