Aldi has officially started deliveries from its latest distribution centre located at Bardon in Leicestershire. The facility represents a significant expansion for the retailer, standing as the largest supermarket warehouse in Britain.
According to FDI Forum, the company has invested £500 million into the massive 1.3 million sq ft site to bolster its logistics network and supply chain efficiency.
