Arla is expanding its high-protein dairy capabilities with a total investment exceeding 63 million euros. The funding is aimed at increasing the production of cottage cheese and skyr across its European operations.
According to FDI Forum, a significant portion of this investment, totalling 35 million euros, will be allocated to the group's Upahl site. Further investments are also planned for facilities in Sweden and Germany to meet growing demand.
