A significant recall has been issued for 33 different white cheddar cheeses produced by the Coaticook brand in Canada. The action follows concerns that the products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
According to Food Safety News, the recall was triggered by the company itself. The affected cheeses were distributed within the province of Quebec.
