A recall has been issued for Micro Verdure brand microgreens in Canada after the detection of pathogenic E. coli. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has confirmed that the company triggered the recall itself.
The affected products were distributed within the province of Quebec. According to reports from Food Safety News, there have been no illnesses linked to the consumption of these greens so far.
