Arla Foods has completed the acquisition of Brancourts, a specialist producer of cottage cheese based in Australia. The move marks a strategic step for the company as it looks to strengthen its presence in the region.
According to a report by FDI Forum, Arla Foods intends to significantly increase production capacity following the takeover. This investment aims to scale up the local manufacturing of cottage cheese to meet growing demand.
