Total Nutrition Inc., based in Deer Park, New York, has widened a product recall to include its 100% Organic Moringa Powder and 1,200 mg capsules. The move follows a recall initiated by a supplier regarding the raw organic moringa ingredient.
According to Food Safety News, the expanded recall is a precautionary measure because of possible exposure to Salmonella. No illnesses have been reported in connection with these products so far.
