The food and drink sector in the UK is facing significant instability, with over 80 per cent of manufacturers expecting to raise their prices. This trend highlights the ongoing pressure on production costs across the industry.
Beyond pricing, the workforce is also at risk. According to a survey by the FDF, reported by Just Food, one third of businesses are currently planning to implement job cuts.
