Vita Coco has completed the acquisition of Copra, a coconut water producer based in Thailand. The move is designed to strengthen the company's sourcing capabilities and accelerate its growth within the international market.
According to Food Business Africa, the deal will allow Vita Coco to expand its range of premium offerings. By integrating Copra's production, the brand aims to secure a more robust supply of coconut water for its global customers.
