The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) of the USDA has released a warning concerning beef kofta products. The alert follows an outbreak of E. coli infections linked to the food item.
According to Food Safety News, the affected beef kofta was produced as a raw ground beef product and served at The Kebab Shop restaurant locations.
