NuCicer has introduced Nuchi, a new variety of chickpeas designed to offer a more nutritious profile for consumers. According to Food Business News, these chickpeas provide 50 per cent more protein than traditional varieties.
In addition to the protein increase, Nuchi contains 25 per cent less fat. This launch aims to provide a healthier alternative within the legume market.
