Fudi Protein has secured new capital to advance its alfalfa-based Rubisco ingredient. The company is focusing on creating a viable egg white alternative for use in sports nutrition, bakery products, and protein beverages.
According to FoodNavigator LATAM, the firm is currently scaling its operations with the goal of beginning manufacturing by spring 2027.
