Charlie Bigham's has stepped away from ByRuby, a brand originally established in 2017 by Milly Bagot and Leiths-trained chef Ruby Bell.
According to recently filed accounts reported by The Grocer, Bagot has bought the brand back this month. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.
The move allows Charlie Bigham's to shift its full attention back toward its primary operations.
