Two prominent Danish meat producers, Himmerlands Food Group and Tican, have been given the green light to establish a joint venture. The partnership is designed to expand their capabilities in the production of convenience foods.
According to a report by Just Food, the approval allows the two groups to combine their resources to target the growing market for easy-to-prepare meat products in Denmark.
