Maspex has announced the acquisition of an 80% stake in Karpatski Mineralni Vody. This strategic move is designed to bolster the group's existing presence within the Ukrainian market.
According to Food Business Africa, the deal will allow the company to expand its beverage production capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe.
