Concerns regarding food safety and health are on the rise within the industry. According to a survey reported by Food Safety News, 45 per cent of companies now identify these issues as their main concerns.
This represents a sharp climb from 2024, when only 29 per cent of businesses viewed food safety and health as their biggest risks.
