Rise Baking is preparing to acquire Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery in a strategic move to grow its market presence. The acquisition will bring several established labels under the Rise Baking umbrella.
According to Food Business News, the deal includes the Ecce Panis bread range as well as the King Krumb and Jimmy's cookie brands. This expansion allows the company to diversify its offerings across both the bakery and sweet treat sectors.
